There are many known exercises that will enlarge your penis, here are two simple exercises to get you started.
To perform a basic warm up exercise with your penis, grab a cloth or towel and soak it in warm water. Wrap it around your penis and testicles and let it sit for one minute.
After a minute remove the towel and warm it up again. Rinse and repeat this exercise several times (ideally five) to warm up the muscles in the entire area. While it may sound bizarre, this basic technique is the perfect precursor to any penis enlargement exercise.
One important note here is don’t use hot water, just warm. Hot water can result in minor burns, and it can also effect your sperm reproduction rate. Therefor make sure the towel is just warm (slightly above room temperature).
After warming up your penis with the above exercise, make sure your penis is flaccid as it it can result in serious damage if you attempt to do any penis enlargement exercises with an erection.
Take hold of the head of your penis and pull it outward until you feel a good stretch along the base of your penis. Hold it in this position for 15 seconds and then let go.
Next take hold of your penis and pull it outward but to the right, and you should feel a stretch on the left side of your penis. Hold it there for 15 seconds and let go. Repeat this step 5 times.
Do the above step again, but pull to the left and you should feel a stretch on the right side of your penis. Repeat it 5 times as above.
